Child Safety Standards
Havenia is a wellbeing social network for people aged 18 or over. Any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited: child sexual abuse material, soliciting a minor, sextortion, sexualising a minor, or attempting to contact a minor for these purposes.
What we do
Zero tolerance: as soon as we become aware of such content, it is removed, the account concerned is closed, and the facts are reported to the competent authorities — in France, the Ministry of the Interior’s PHAROS platform. Information useful to an investigation is retained in accordance with the law.
An automatic filter rejects clearly abusive content before publication. Every report is reviewed by the moderation team within 24 business hours.
How to report
In the app: the “Report” button on a post, a story, a comment, a message, a bottle, a group, or a profile. Outside the app: write to us at the address below. If a child is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services (112 in Europe); in France, 119 (Allô Enfance en Danger) answers day and night.
