Havenia Terms of Use
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of Havenia services, published by ORIVYA TECHNOLOGY, including the discussion space, journals, resources, and community features.
2. User account
The user agrees to provide accurate information, protect their credentials, not impersonate others, and report unauthorized use. Email, Google, and Apple sign-ins are subject to the relevant identity provider’s terms.
Havenia is intended for people aged 18 or over. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old; an account opened by a younger person may be closed.
3. Features and service limits
Havenia provides wellbeing spaces, journals, resources, groups, conversations, listening matching, and audio or video calls. It is a digital community support service and does not provide diagnosis, emergency care, or medical, psychological, or legal advice.
4. Code of conduct
It is forbidden to publish illegal, offensive, discriminatory, deceptive, threatening content, or content likely to violate privacy, safety, or the dignity of others.
5. Moderation and safety
Havenia may moderate, limit, suspend, or remove content or an account when a rule is violated, when a security risk exists, or when a legal obligation requires it.
6. Payments, donations, and subscriptions
Support may include payments and recurring monthly subscriptions. Price, billing period, renewal, cancellation terms, and any refunds are shown before confirmation. Payments are processed by Stripe, whose terms may also apply.
7. Listening, calls, and personal content
Participants must respect the confidentiality of exchanges and must not record, reproduce, or distribute a call or private content without authorization. Journals and visibility settings remain the author’s responsibility.
8. Content and intellectual property
The elements of the application, including interfaces, text, graphics, trademarks, and edited content, remain the property of ORIVYA TECHNOLOGY, Havenia, or its partners, unless otherwise indicated.
9. Liability
Havenia provides a digital service and strives to ensure its proper functioning, without guaranteeing permanent availability due to technical constraints, maintenance, or force majeure.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. Users can exercise their rights from the “Manage my data” screen.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Havenia and request account deletion from the data management screen. Havenia may limit, suspend, or terminate an account for breach of these Terms, risk to a person, fraud, or legal obligation. Provisions concerning payments, liability, and legally retained data remain applicable.
12. Governing law and contact
