Support each other

The Refuge: publications, groups, and Listening Match to be heard by a volunteer.

Confide and recharge

Confidences and the Oasis: private journal, stories, messages in a bottle, meditations, music, videos.

Grow

My Island: thirteen wellbeing factors, objectives, one step at a time.

How it works

Five spaces, one thread: caring for yourself and for others.

Each space has a name in the app. Here is what you do there, screen by screen.

Oasis

A cool stop to restore your strength.

Meditations, music and videos chosen to slow down, settle and find your momentum again.

  1. Pick the Meditation, Music or Videos tab.
  2. Filter by wellbeing factor, sort by reputation, keep favourites with the star.
  3. The “For you” panel suggests resources based on your lowest factor.

Refuge

Come closer to the fire, words are shared here.

The Havenia community: publications, groups, and Listening Match to be heard by a volunteer.

  1. Publications: share a moment, react gently, in a moderated space guided by the charter.
  2. Groups: join a public group or create a private circle around a factor, with shared resources and objectives.
  3. Listening Match: request a listener, live by chat or by appointment, with audio or video calls during the session.

Confidence

A space to confide: private journal, stories, and messages in a bottle.

What you write for yourself alone, what you choose to share, and what you set adrift.

  1. Journal: your words, for you alone. Entries stay on your device, behind a password or biometric lock.
  2. Stories: paths worth sharing, read in an immersive reader, filtered by factor.
  3. Message in a bottle: an anonymous word of encouragement set adrift, or a request for help another member will fish out.

My Island

Your progress and your landmarks.

Your profile, your thirteen wellbeing factors and your objectives, in one place.

  1. Wellbeing: rate each factor from 0 to 10, through a questionnaire or in one tap, and follow the trend by week, month or quarter.
  2. Objectives: one step at a time, with stages, a rhythm, check-ins and a catalogue of objectives by factor.
  3. Profile: what you choose to share, your level and your badges.

Messages and notifications

Writing happens between friends.

Private conversations open between friends. Groups and listening sessions have their own thread. Notifications are set one by one.

  1. A friend request, then the conversation: no private chat opens without that link.
  2. Groups have their thread, listening sessions their chat, with notes, shared resources and audio or video calls.
  3. Notifications are chosen type by type: messages, friendships, reactions, bottles, objective reminders, milestones and badges, with quiet hours.

Request a listener

You are not alone.

From the Refuge, Listening Match connects you with a trained volunteer listener. The request fits on one screen.

  1. The type of need: emotional support, motivation, relationships, or other.
  2. The mode: live, by real-time chat, or by appointment in an available slot.
  3. Urgency, estimated duration and a few words about your situation.
  4. Havenia suggests listeners; you choose one, and the session opens.

If it is urgent

Havenia is not an emergency service.

Havenia is a peer listening and mutual support space. It is not medical care, and it is not a crisis line.

Need to talk right now? In France, 3114 answers 24/7, free of charge. In immediate danger, call 112. Elsewhere, your local crisis line.

For volunteers and listeners

Listening is a commitment. Havenia equips it.

A listener has their own dashboard, training, availability and programs. Everything happens in the app.

  • Application

You become a listener from within the app: a form, documents, and validation by the team.

  • Training

Modules to complete before accepting requests.

  • Availability

Your slots, your time zone, the number of sessions per week you accept, live or by appointment.

  • Programs

Activity templates and step-by-step programs to structure the support you give.

  • Sessions

Chat, notes, resources, audio or video calls, then a session summary and the seeker’s feedback.

  • Dashboard

Incoming requests, sessions, appointments, statistics and documents, on one screen.
